Every piece is made to order just for you. Here is exactly what happens between your click and your doorstep.
The timeline
1. Production
Your order goes into production the moment you place it. Printing, quality check and packing usually take 2 to 5 business days.
2. Dispatch
The moment it ships you get an email with your tracking link. Orders ship from US production facilities.
3. Delivery
Typical US delivery is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Rates
- US orders over $50: free shipping, always.
- US orders under $50: the exact rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. No surprises after.
- International: rates show at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
One order, several boxes
Different products print in different specialist facilities: mugs and tumblers come from a drinkware printer, apparel from a garment printer, posters from a paper printer. If your order mixes categories it may arrive in separate packages on different days. You pay shipping once; each package has its own tracking.
Wrong address or need to cancel?
Orders move into production fast. Email hello@thecrankybaby.com as soon as possible, ideally within 2 hours of ordering, and we will do our best to catch it before printing starts. Include your order number and the correct address.
