Loyalty should pay. Every dollar you spend with us earns a coin, and coins never expire.
How it works
1. Join
Create your free account from the account page and you are in the Cranky Crew. Joining alone drops 100 welcome coins into your balance.
2. Earn
1 coin for every $1 you spend, on everything in the store. No categories, no exceptions, no fine print.
3. Redeem
Trade coins for rewards: discounts, early access to new drops and Crew-only perks. The rewards menu is coming soon — your balance is already counting.
The rules (all of them)
- Coins never expire. Ever. Your baby will be in college and those coins will still be there.
- One account per person. Coins are tied to your account email and are not transferable between accounts.
- Refunds adjust coins. If an order is refunded, the coins it earned are removed with it. Replacements keep their coins.
- No purchase necessary to join. The 100 welcome coins are yours just for signing up.
Why “coming soon” on redemption?
We are launching the store first and the rewards menu right behind it, so early customers earn from day one instead of waiting for the program to exist. Every coin you earn now is banked and will be redeemable the moment the menu opens. Crew members get an email when it does.
