Terms of Service

The Cranky Baby (thecrankybaby.com) is operated by Otillar Enterprises LLC. We sell made-to-order apparel, drinkware, nursery decor and keepsakes for babies and the adults raising them. Questions: hello@thecrankybaby.com.

• Every item is made to order: production starts when you purchase
• All prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout
• An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email
• If a listing contains an obvious error (for example a wrong price), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full
• Product photos include digital mockups; small variations in colour and print placement can occur in production

Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify, which supports major cards and popular wallets. We never see or store your card number.

• Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships
• You receive a tracking link by email the moment it ships
• Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates; carriers occasionally run late
• US shipping is free on orders over $50
• For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

• Damaged, defective or misprinted items: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will replace the item free of charge or refund you
• Because every piece is printed just for you, we cannot resell returns, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns as standard
• Wrong size? Talk to us. We handle size issues case by case and we are reasonable humans

Orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel or fix an address, email us as soon as possible, ideally within 2 hours of ordering, and we will do our best to catch it before printing starts.

Our rewards program grants 1 coin per $1 spent. Coins never expire, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and the program's mechanics may evolve as the store grows. We will always say so here when they do.

The Cranky Baby characters, artwork, product designs, names and site content are the intellectual property of Otillar Enterprises LLC. You are welcome to share links and photos of your purchases; you may not reproduce, resell or use the characters or designs commercially without written permission.

If you create a Cranky Crew account, keep your credentials safe and the information in it accurate. We may close accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cranky Baby and Otillar Enterprises LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

If we update these terms, the date at the top will change. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised terms.
