Order questions
Your order number (in your confirmation email) or the name and email you ordered with.
Damaged or wrong items
Order number + a photo of the problem. That is all we need to send a free replacement — details in returns.
Sizing advice
Baby's age, weight and height and we will recommend a size. The size guide answers most of it instantly.
Wholesale & collabs
Tell us about your shop or project and rough quantities. We love baby boutiques.
Before you write
The two most common questions already have full answers: where is my order? and how long does shipping take? If those don't cover it, email away.

We post new drops, behind-the-scenes chaos and the occasional meltdown compilation on Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook. DMs are checked, but email is always fastest for order issues.
We are a small team, not a call center. If you write at 3 a.m. (we know you are up anyway), expect the answer with the morning coffee.
