The Cranky Baby (thecrankybaby.com) is a baby and parent apparel and gifts brand operated by Otillar Enterprises LLC. We sell made-to-order clothing, drinkware, nursery decor and keepsakes. For any privacy question or request, email hello@thecrankybaby.com.

When you place an order

• Your name, email address and shipping address, so we can produce and deliver your order
• Your order contents, sizes and preferences
• Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your card number

If you join the Cranky Crew (account)

• Your email address and the name you choose
• Your Cranky Coins balance and order-related activity

If you subscribe to the newsletter

• Your email address, and your first name if you choose to share it

All visitors

• Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer URL
• Essential cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work. We do not run advertising cookies

• To produce, ship and deliver your order, and to send you order and tracking updates
• To answer support requests and resolve issues with your order
• To run the Cranky Coins rewards program

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We never will.

Only the services that make your order physically possible, and only the data each one needs:

If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain types of processing. These rights matter to us wherever you live, so we honour them for everyone.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@thecrankybaby.com. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; we delete unsubscribed addresses within 30 days. You can ask us to delete your Cranky Crew account at any time.

We make products for babies, but the store is directed at the adults raising them. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

The site is served over HTTPS, payment details never touch our servers, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to run the store.

If we change this policy, the date at the top will change with it. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
